Returns and warranty

A consumer may exchange or return a non-food product of proper quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, if it has not been used and its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and proof of purchase are preserved, subject to statutory exceptions.

If a product is defective, please contact us before sending it. Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and the product; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
