Mercury 881170A3 Mechanical remote control (commander) for Mercury engines. For models without a Power Trim, a 15ft (4.58m) burn and a built-in sound emitter are a new design with a soft handle. See gas/reverse cables 850716A or 897977A . Use gas/reverse cables 809894 - for models 2005. and newer PLM 8/9.9 FourStroke. Suitable for all current Mercury/Mariner 6 hp. and higher (without Power Trim), and 1993. and newer Force 40 hp and more powerful, using Mercury cables (with Power Trim). When used with 2005 models and the newer 8/9.9 FourStroke PLMs, a 892473A01 transition harness will be required.
